These terms explain how TAY operates, how information and published material may be used, and the responsibilities that apply when using this platform.
1. About TAY
TAY is an independent strategic intelligence and opportunity platform. It publishes analysis, institutional information and opportunity intelligence and provides private workspace tools. References to governments, multilateral institutions, companies, universities or other organizations do not by themselves imply endorsement, sponsorship, partnership or an institutional relationship with TAY.
2. Using the platform
By accessing or using TAY, you agree to use the platform lawfully and responsibly. You must not attempt to interfere with its operation, gain unauthorized access to accounts or systems, misuse another person's information, or use TAY content in a misleading way.
3. Intelligence and opportunity information
TAY aims to present useful and carefully sourced information, but information can change after publication. Opportunity deadlines, eligibility requirements, institutional policies and other external information should be independently verified with the originating institution before you make a decision or submit an application. TAY does not guarantee selection, funding, employment, admission, investment or any other outcome.
4. Institutional references and independence

Unless expressly stated and verified, such references do not mean that the institution has endorsed TAY or that TAY represents, is affiliated with, or acts on behalf of that institution.
5. TAY content and intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, original TAY analysis, written material, graphics, branding and other original platform content are owned by TAY and protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. You may quote or share reasonable extracts for legitimate informational, academic or professional purposes where TAY is clearly attributed. Republishing substantial TAY material, presenting it as your own, or using TAY branding in a way that suggests endorsement requires prior permission.
Third-party reports, trademarks, logos, data and other material remain the property of their respective owners and may be subject to separate terms.
6. Privacy and account information
TAY collects and processes information reasonably required to operate accounts, private workspaces, platform security and requested services. Private notes, saved opportunities and application records are intended to remain private to the account holder, except where limited access is reasonably necessary for authorized technical support, security, legal compliance or protection of the platform and its users.
Users should avoid placing passwords, payment credentials or other unnecessary highly sensitive information in workspace notes.
7. External links
TAY may link to external websites and original institutional sources. Those services operate under their own policies and TAY is not responsible for their availability, security, accuracy or practices.
8. No professional or outcome guarantee
TAY content is provided for strategic intelligence and informational purposes. It should not be treated as a substitute for legal, tax, regulated investment or other professional advice where such advice is required. Decisions remain the responsibility of the user.
9. Availability and changes
TAY may improve, modify, suspend or discontinue platform features and may update these terms as the service develops. Material changes will be reflected on this page together with an updated effective date.
